ZR-6385 – Zinc Rich Primer 85%

Single component premium epoxy-ester zinc rich primer that contains at least 85% metallic zinc in dry film. Essentially encapsulates the substrate with a barrier of metallic zinc and provides long term corrosion protection in most environments. Develops excellent adhesion on steel, galvanized steel and other selected ferrous based substrates. Ideal for touching up and repairing damaged inorganic zinc coating and galvanized steel as well as weld seam areas. Easy to apply coating that cures rapidly to form a tough, flexible and abrasion resistance coating with indefinite recoat window. Must have multipurpose zinc rich primer for industrial workshops and DIY applications where spraying is difficult. Readily accepts a variety of top coats. Suitable for industrial and marine use.
